Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days from receipt of package. Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods. 


Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns so it will be up to the customer to cover any shipping charges to get the bed returned to us safely. 


Please return the item(s) complete and in the original packaging. Make sure the packaging is complete and secure to avoid damage in transit.

 Send the package back with a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking information. Please keep the shipping receipt with tracking number.  

Small packages will be delivered (only in NL & BE) at a pick up point or package machine because it is better for the environment. 

If you don't pick up the package they will send it back to us and when we got the package back we will refund you the money within 14 working days.


REFUNDS

We will refund the amount according to your original payment without shipping fee within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take longer for the amount to be credited to your bank account. 


NOTE ON TRANSPORT DAMAGES

Please report transport damage immediately so that we can clarify this with the transport service provider. Please send us a damage report, as well as photos of the damage that has occurred, the damaged package and the shipping label to info@byfawpaw.com
