Is the boucle bed waterproof?

Our beds are not waterproof however they are water-resistant. Our beds are intended for indoor use only and for dogs who are already potty trained.

Can I return the boucle bed?

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days from receipt of package. Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods.

 

Why is the the bed cover a little bid bulky after unpacking?

Because the package has been in a box for quit some time the cover needs to flatten out a little bit. It will get back in shape when the dog lays down on it.
